Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after business hours will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

All orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.

Estimated Delivery Time: 3–5 business days after shipment
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
Carrier delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues may occur

Flat Rate Shipping: $7.50
Free Shipping: Orders over $75 qualify for free standard shipping

Legal & Compliance Notice

All products sold by Dr. Murse / CannabisDNP are derived from hemp and contain no more than 0.3% delta-9 THC on a dry weight basis, in compliance with the 2018 Farm Bill.

Products are intended for adult use only (21+).

By placing an order, you confirm that:

You are purchasing in compliance with your local and state laws
Hemp-derived products are legal in your jurisdiction

Dr. Murse / CannabisDNP reserves the right to cancel or refuse shipment to any state or locality where products may be restricted or prohibited.

State Restrictions

Shipping availability may be limited based on evolving state regulations. Orders placed to restricted jurisdictions may be canceled and refunded.

Customers are responsible for understanding their local laws prior to purchase.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has shipped.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier system.

Risk of Loss

All products become the responsibility of the customer upon transfer to the shipping carrier.

Dr. Murse / CannabisDNP is not liable for:

Delays caused by the carrier
Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”
Damage occurring during transit (claims must be filed with the carrier)

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses are not eligible for replacement or refund.

Carrier Compliance

All shipments are packaged and labeled in accordance with USPS policies for mailable hemp products, including proper documentation where required.
