Return Policy

Non-Returnable if Opened or Used: Due to the nature of Delta-9 THC and CBD products, we cannot accept returns for items that have been opened or used. This ensures product safety and quality for all customers.

Damaged or Defective Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or refund. We may request photos of the damage for verification.

Unopened Products: Unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or defective upon arrival as well as a 15% restocking fee.

Proof of Purchase: A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns and refunds.

Final Sale Items: Certain products, such as those marked as "clearance" or "final sale," cannot be returned or refunded.

Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
